About Millie's Kitchen:
Started by Millie Mitra in 1998, Millie's Kitchen is an initiative to make plant-based lifestyle easier and appealing for people. Millie has been proudly following a plant-based lifestyle since many decades along with her two daughers. However, when her daughters struggled to let go of their cheese cravings, she decided to step in the kitchen and develop plant-based cheese.
After spending days in her kitchen experimenting, she was finally able to create many different variants of nut based cheese, from parmesan to mozzarella. She then started sharing these homemade cheese with her friends and family, putting up stalls in local farmers markets.
